1. Purpose and Scope of Application
Waste turnover bucket is a steel container mainly used for the enclosed transportation of combustible and radioactive solid waste sorted and sorted from the waste warehouse to the incineration station in the factory. This container can achieve closed docking with the waste receiving work box of the incineration station, ensuring the safe and sealed operation of the transfer of waste from the bucket to the receiving glove box. The turnover bucket can be reused after wiping and cleaning.


2 Main parameters and technical performance
2.1. Turnover bucket structure: The turnover bucket mainly consists of a bucket body, sealing flange, outer cover, inner cover, sealing gasket, fastening bolts, etc. The sealing between the inner cover of the bucket and the bucket is the first seal, which is achieved by the squeezing force of the sealing ring around the inner cover and the inner cone surface of the bucket flange; The sealing of the outer cover of the bucket is the second seal, which is sealed by the flange sealing gasket of the outer cover. After the outer cover is tightened, it also generates a certain compression force on the inner cover to ensure the double-layer seal of the bucket body.
2.2. The inner cover is placed on the flange of the can body, and when it is connected to the waste receiving work box opening mechanism, it is sealed and connected to the bottom cover of the work box.
2.3. External dimensions of turnover drums: φ 560mm x 900mm, barrel wall thickness δ= 2mm.
2.4. The volume of the turnover bucket is 200L.
2.5. The main material of the turnover bucket is Q235A carbon steel.
